About PFI Inc.
PFI Inc. has combined over forty years of injection molding experience with twenty years of manufacturing experience and thirty years of mold making experience to create a plastic injection molding company that provides excellent quality with superior service. PFI Inc. started as a proprietary molder for KLM Laboratories Inc. one of the top manufacturers of corrective foot products in the United States. In the early 1990's PFI added two managers with extensive backgrounds in injection molding. This combination of managers and molding experience provides our customers with consistent quality, fast delivery and top notch customer service.
As a custom plastic injection molding company our goal is to produce close tolerance plastic parts that fit a wide variety of customer applications. We are committed to using these building blocks to develop solid working relationships and deliver quality parts to our customers.
Our management and technical staff have twenty years of combined manufacturing experience and over forty five years of injection molding and tool making experience. This expertise allows us to offer top-notch products with world-class service.
Our Equipment
Injection Molding Machines
Our state-of-the-art Toshiba ® molding machines can handle clamp tonage up to 200 tons and shot sizes to 19.2 ounces. Closed loop hydraulics with statistical process control (SPC) provide real time quality control monitoring.
